Atom was born in 1966, in Lisbon, Portugal. He is a graduated Architect, Fine Artist, Macrobiotic and Raw-Vegan Chef. He is Founder and Meditation Teacher at Divine Wifi ™. In 1995 he started meditation studies and practices in the O.K.C.Tibetan Buddhist School in Lisbon and went on to learn TM at Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Lisbon Center. He followed that with studies in mantra meditations with Thomas Ashley-Farrand, one of the west’s foremost authorities of Vedic and Buddhist Sanskrit mantras. He started teaching teaching meditation in 2003 and has never stopped.

Mediation is not as popular as Yoga, but the real Yoga is the Yoga for the Mind and it's hard to make people realize what mindfulness really does by its practice and how much it can improve your life in a more joyful living, in one word BEING.
